Our client urgently requires an Assistant Quantity Surveyor (or intermediate) to work on a contract basis in West London for a role that should last around 18 months. You will be site based on a conversion of a property to a hotel. Duties will include labour allocation, recording of Main Contractors own labour, site measurement of quantities for work package tenders and ongoing interim valuations. You will report to a senior QS however you will need sufficient quantity
