Description  :  Our client is currently looking for a Maintenance Technician to fulfil the following duties; - To carry out general repairs in the bedrooms, public areas, kitchen, offices and staff houses. - To carry out general plumbing duties. - To install/move equipment as and when necessary. - To carry out Painting and Decorating task /programme as required. - To carry out re grouting and tiling in bathrooms and Kitchen areas. - To assist with PAT testing and recording as directed
