The ideal candidate will conduct occupation/vacation procedures for service families occupying/vacating service families accommodation (SFA) Duties will include: Checking external and internal fabric of houses for deterioration Ensure the level of cleanliness is up to standard Liaise with occupants Liaise with client Complete appropriate documentation List any repairs Good communication skills Knowledge of lettings would be a bonus
